NerveDay is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which governs your use of this app.
Calendar and Reminders
NerveDay shows and changes events and reminders directly in Apple Calendar and Reminders. What you edit or delete in it changes there too, and on every device with the same account. You can undo a deletion for 5 seconds; after that it is permanent.
Guidance only
Alerts, countdowns, public holidays, name days and overviews are an aid to help you stay organized. Delivery of notifications and sync depend on the system and on iCloud. Verify important dates yourself; you remain responsible for your own meetings and obligations.
Third-party services
Meeting links open the apps and websites of their providers (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, FaceTime). Those services are outside our control and provided without warranty. Their names and logos belong to their owners; NerveDay is not affiliated with them.
Subscriptions
NerveDay Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription – monthly or yearly – or as a one-time lifetime purchase that never renews. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Current prices are shown in the Plus offer in your own currency before you buy. Plus removes advertising and unlocks meeting links, note sharing, custom color schemes and, on the Mac, meetings in the menu bar and the Mail extension. Without it the app remains fully functional, with ads on iPhone and iPad. One purchase works on iPhone, iPad and Mac and is shared with your family. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings ▸ NerveDay Plus and tap Restore Purchases.
Your data
Events and tasks stay in Apple Calendar and Reminders, notes in your private iCloud (see the Privacy Policy) – they never leave your device, your accounts and your own iCloud. Please keep backups of anything important (Settings ▸ Backup and export); the developer is not liable for data loss caused by the device, iCloud, a calendar account, or removing the app.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
