Central Brain is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which governs your use of this app.
Guidance only
Maintenance intervals, due dates, and inspection (STK), insurance, and vignette reminders are estimates to help you stay organized. They do not replace your vehicle manufacturer's schedule, official records, or professional advice. Always verify the real requirements and deadlines for your vehicle and household. You remain responsible for your own payments and obligations.
Third-party data
The motorway vignette check opens the official Czech eDálnice website in your browser; the app does not query it directly. That service and its results are outside our control and provided without warranty.
Subscriptions
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription — monthly or yearly — or as a one-time lifetime purchase that never renews. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Current prices are shown on the paywall in your own currency before you buy. Premium unlocks three things: sync through your own private iCloud across your devices, sharing your household with another person, and removal of advertising. Without it the app remains fully functional with everything stored locally, including backup export. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Settings ▸ Premium ▸ Upgrade to Premium and tap Restore.
Your data
Everything you create in the app is stored on your device and, with Premium, also in your private iCloud (see the Privacy Policy) — it never leaves your device and your own iCloud. Please keep backups of anything important; the developer is not liable for data loss caused by the device, iCloud, or removing the app.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
