Privacy Policy — BluffIt!
Last updated: July 2026
In short: game data stays on your device. The free version shows Google AdMob ads; remove them with the "No Ads" subscription or the Premium purchase.
1. Game data
Player names, settings and game stats are stored only locally on your device (UserDefaults). This data never leaves the device and we have no access to it.
2. Advertising (free version only)
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may process: your device's advertising identifier (IDFA — only if you allow it in the system prompt), approximate location derived from your IP address, device information, and diagnostic data about ad interactions. In the EU/EEA a consent form is shown before the first ad; you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Ad privacy. Without consent, only non-personalized ads are shown. 3. Removing ads
With an active "No Ads" subscription or the one-time "Premium" purchase, the ads SDK is never even started and none of the data in section 2 is processed.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Premium is shared via Family Sharing.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 without supervision. Ads are limited to general-audience content (rating G) and Google's family-friendly settings.
6. Third parties and data protection
Google is the only third party that receives any data from this app, and only for advertising in the free version. Google is required to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy and as required by the App Store Review Guidelines. No other third party, and no parent, subsidiary or related entity of ours, receives any user data.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain no user data ourselves — we operate no servers and nothing is stored on our side. Data held on your device stays there until you delete the app, which removes it permanently. Ad-related data processed by Google is retained under Google's own retention schedule; you can request access to it or its deletion directly from Google at policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Your rights
You can withdraw ad consent anytime (Settings → Ad privacy) and disallow tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking. Delete the app to remove all local data. Exercise rights regarding Google's processing (access, deletion) via the link above.
